ORDERED WEALTH

AI does the daily work. You approve the few.

Plutaxa keeps the books for a small business. It reads the documents and statements you bring in, suggests what should post, and waits. Move from QuickBooks without starting over. One organization can hold every company.

  • Double-entry, with revision-safe edits and undo
  • Statements from files you import, not a live bank feed
  • Several companies under one organization
  • A QuickBooks wizard that previews before it posts

No trial clock. See pricing.

Product preview with sample figures for Sample company. Cash $18,420.00, net income $6,040.00, receivables $2,180.00, payables $960.00. Not a customer, and not a live set of books. The rent line shows a confidence and a reason, and it waits. Nothing on this page posts.

Built for the way a small business actually runs

  • Realtors

A real-estate chart of accounts and classes, so a closing and a commission can sit on books you approve.

  • Rental owners

Owner statements go through document intake and stay a proposal until you approve them.

  • Shops

Payout files, inventory with bins and FIFO, and a Shopify fixture for products, orders, refunds, fees, and payouts.

  • Services

Estimates, invoices, and Pay now on your own Stripe account. The platform fee defaults to 0.

Questions worth answering plainly

Is there a free trial?

No. Checkout does not start a trial, and this site does not invent a trial length. Start in the app and choose a monthly plan, or a lifetime price for one or three companies.

How do bank transactions get in?

You import statements and files: CSV, OFX, QBO, PDF, and XLSX. Plutaxa does not connect to Plaid, and it does not offer a live feed of thousands of banks.

Does the AI change my books on its own?

No. It suggests, and categorization shows a confidence and the reason. You approve what posts. When you ask about the books, the answer cites the transactions it used.

Do you train models on customer books?

No. Plutaxa does not train on customer books. A question and the records needed to answer it are sent to the configured model provider, OpenAI or Workers AI, to draft a reply.

Can I move from QuickBooks?

Yes. The import wizard takes accounts, customers, vendors, items, opening balances, and transactions from an export. Each step shows a preview before you commit, and opening balances have to balance. It does not connect to QuickBooks Online.

Can one login hold several companies?

Yes. An organization holds the companies. Monthly plans include 1, 3, 10, or 25 companies. Each company past the tier is $5. The app chooses the lowest monthly total for the companies you have. Two companies can be Starter plus one extra, $24, which is less than Growth at $35.

Do you run payroll or file my taxes?

No. Plutaxa does not run payroll and does not file a tax return. Sales tax is a sourced state-rate table and a setup guide. It is not tax advice. Vendor 1099 tracking is a report, not an e-file.

Is Shopify connected live?

Not yet. Sync runs from a fixture for products, orders, refunds, fees, and payouts. Live shop domains are refused.

Do you have a SOC 2 report?

No. Plutaxa does not have a SOC 2 report, and this site does not claim one. The security page describes what is built: HTTPS, row level security, a revision history, an audit trail, and encrypted Shopify fixture tokens.
